The item is in D) Used, Fair cosmetic condition. For cosmetic condition, please refer to the Product Grading System - Below. The Item has Minor Scuffs & Scratches from normal use (SEE PICTURES). The Item has Minor Dirt & Debris (SEE PICTURES). All Ports & Connectors have Minor Scuffs & Scratches (SEE PICTURES #7-17). All Buttons, Knobs, & Switches have Minor Scuffs & Scratches (SEE PICTURES #7-17). All Lights, LED Display, & CRT Color Display have Minor Scuffs & Scratches (SEE PICTURES #7-12). The Displays is Clear & Free of Dead Pixels (SEE PICTURES #7-11). The Ground Prong is Missing from the Included Power Cord (SEE PICTURE #17). I was able to Power On the Item with ease. I was able to manipulate all Buttons, Knobs, & Switches with ease. I was able to adjust all Levels & Settings with ease. I was able to test the Headphone Jack via Inhouse Headphones. All Lights, LED Display, & Speakers Function as Intended. I was able to test all RCA A/V In & Out Ports Inhouse Camera & Television. however, after about 15 minutes the Video Signal developed Significant Static (SEE PICTURE #7). I was able to test all VCR Features via an Inhouse Video Cassette but the Video Signal has Significant Static (SEE PICTURE #8). The CRT Color Display has noticeable Striping when Powered On (SEE PICTURES #9). I was unable to perform any further tests due to a lack of Knowledge/Resources. The Item is being sold for repair, refurbishment or reuse by the buyer. It is not intended for recycling or disposal.
